Nushama
Nushama is a network of medically supervised psychedelic wellness clinics in New York City, offering lasting relief for depression, anxiety, chronic pain, addiction, and trauma-induced mood disorders. In partnership with Condor Growth, the objective was to elevate Nushama’s visual identity through strategic graphic design, thoughtful brand style guide application, and cohesive implementation across digital and print platforms.
The project unfolded in two distinct phases: the first aligned with Nushama’s original branding, and the second with a newly developed brand identity. In both phases, the scope remained consistent—supporting the team’s graphic design needs, refining their visual voice, and developing digital and print assets that remained authentic to Nushama’s mission and values.

Original Branding

The initial phase focused on strengthening Nushama’s existing brand presence. The website was expanded from 8 to 16 pages, incorporating new content such as a testimonial page, scholarship program, cancellation policy, and a robust team page to highlight staff expertise and build trust.
Enhancements followed UX/UI best practices and included strategic improvements for lead generation, conversion, and both technical and on-page SEO.
Support extended to a wide range of graphic design deliverables, including business cards and a comprehensive suite of event materials for the flagship clinic opening—such as invitations, menus, an event package, and merchandise—all aligned with the brand’s elevated and organic visual identity. To ensure high production quality, partnerships were established with local printers to deliver premium printed collateral for both events and in-clinic use.

Brand Redesign

Following the launch of Nushama’s new brand identity, the second phase centered on implementing a more refined visual system. The new website was developed using key takeaways from the original site—applying insights into user behavior, content structure, and conversion strategy—while also incorporating ADA compliance through accessible color contrast, font sizes, and layout considerations.
The redesigned site aligned with the updated branding and followed UX/UI best practices, comprehensive SEO optimization (copy and technical), and lead conversion strategy.
This phase also included the creation of an updated brand style guide, refreshed social media graphics, and newly designed informational flyers—all crafted through cohesive and intentional graphic design. Email marketing templates were designed using Klaviyo, enabling the clinic’s team to create consistent, on-brand communications with ease. Direction was provided for the development of brochures and journals, ensuring brand cohesion across all communication touchpoints.

The project resulted in a cohesive digital and print brand presence across both the original and rebranded phases of Nushama’s evolution. In both website versions, enhancements to user experience, content structure, and visual clarity effectively supported engagement and lead conversion.
The collaboration was strengthened by a strong partnership with the owners and internal team at Nushama, as well as with Condor Growth—fostering alignment, creativity, and shared vision throughout each phase of the project.
This integrated approach to graphic design, brand execution, and project management reinforced Nushama’s identity as a pioneering leader in psychedelic wellness—visually and strategically aligned with its mission.
