Resilient Self Therapy

Resilient Self Therapy is a psychotherapy practice with locations in Kingston and NYC, dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered therapy services. Their mission is to help individuals navigate life’s challenges, foster personal growth, and achieve success in various aspects of life.

This project was completed in collaboration with Condor Growth. The client was seeking an enhanced, easy-to-use website with the ability to book introduction calls, add or delete team members, and ensure full ADA compliance.

Additionally, the website was required to meet HIPAA compliance standards for privacy and security, aligning with the sensitive nature of their services. The goal was to create a platform that would not only better serve current clients but also attract new patients through modern graphic design and user experience.

The project spanned 12 weeks, with Resilient Self Therapy providing all website copy, feedback, and participating in regular touchbase meetings. The process began with planning and wireframing to structure an intuitive user experience, followed by graphic design work to ensure the site was visually engaging and professional.
Graphic design decisions, including color theory and font hierarchy, were carefully applied to meet ADA compliance standards, ensuring the site was accessible to all users. The design and development phases focused on clean aesthetics, easy navigation, and secure, accessible features.
Compliance checks ensured the site met HIPAA and ADA standards, while SEO optimization (including keyword research, metadata, and site structure) improved search visibility. Final testing ensured functionality across devices, delivering a seamless launch.

The redesigned website successfully reflects Resilient Self Therapy’s mission, offering a modern, professional, and user-friendly experience through effective graphic design. The integration of lead generation tools (Jotform & Acuity) improved client inquiries, while HIPAA and ADA compliance ensured privacy and accessibility standards were met.
The site now offers an easy process for booking introduction calls and allows the client to add or delete team members as needed. With SEO best practices in place, the site now ranks better in search engines, increasing visibility for potential clients and ultimately helping to bring in more patients.
Overall, the project resulted in a more engaging, effective, and secure online presence for Resilient Self Therapy.
